Andrea Raila
Andrea Raila brings 30 years of experience in property tax consulting as the founder of Andrea A. Raila & Associates, Inc., which won the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. Ms. Raila was a property tax case reviewer and tax advocate at the Cook County Board of Review and at Chicago’s Taxpayer Advocate Office, and is Senior Tax Analyst for the law firm.
​Ms. Raila has been an author and resource for the media, including Angie’s List, the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, personal finance expert Terry Savage, and on television and radio including WCEV, WVON, WLUV, Live from the Heartland and After Hours with Rick Kogan on WGN, Dick Kay WCPT and The Ben Joravsky Show.  An advocate of tax and public policy reforms, she has trained thousands of landlords and investors as a speaker for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s annual “Money Smart Week” Program, the Community Investment Corporation’s Property Management Training Program, and the Chicago Housing Authority’s Owner Symposium.
