We at Raila PC recently reminded taxpayers and clients of the deadline for annual applications for the Senior Homestead Exemption and the “Senior Freeze” (for income-eligible applicants). The Assessor has just announced an extension of deadlines to March 1st, 2017. Read about the details here.
