This is the last day to file a 2019 appeal at the Cook County Assessor’s Office for properties located in Northfield  township, for taxes payable in 2020. The next opportunity will be an appeal at the Board of Review,  after the Assessor’s Office completes their review.

This is the reassessment year, so please make sure you verify your reassessment notice received from the Assessor’s Office, to see the change of your property value for tax purposes.
