New property values to be published this year by the Cook County Assessor’s Office  for the following townships: Barrington, Elk Grove, Evanston, Hanover, Leyden, Maine, New Trier, Niles, Norrthfield, Norwood Park, Palatine, Schaumburg, Wheeling for taxes payable in 2020. The appeal window at the Assessor’s Office  is 30 days from the new values publication date for each township. The second opportunity will be at the Cook County Board of Review later in the year.
