Cook County Appeals Deadlines

Most Cook County appeals are submitted with one of two agencies. If you are appealing on your own or want to know when the deadline for your appeal with Raila & Associates is due, you can look them up for your property and township.

Assessor’s Office – the first line of appeals after a triennial or interim reassessment, and
Board of Review – the ‘watchdog’ or oversight agency.

Do not wait to submit your appeals on the deadline date or send in evidence to Raila & Associates at the last minute. Submissions following the township opening date and in advance of the deadline will facilitate better attention by county staff managing a heavy volume of appeals.
